Regional Sales Manager

Job Description

The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy. They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales representatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support the learning and development of the sales representatives
  • Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
  • Participate in regional and national trade shows
  • Negotiate and establish pricing with customers

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Familiar with ACT! CRM database
