Inside Sales/Application Engineer
At PMC-STS, we provide innovative sensing solutions used in a wide range of industries. We are seeking a technically oriented team player with a customer-focused mindset to support our sales processes and strengthen internal application support.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Maintain active customer relationships and follow up on open offer
- Respond to inquiries from customers, sales partners, and distributors regarding pricing, product information and application support
- Recommend appropriate product configurations and prepare quotations
- Manage incoming communication channels and ensure timely, professional responses
- Maintain and update customer data, sales activities and technical documentation in our CRM system
- Support reporting tasks and contribute to sales planning and forecasting
- Cross-functional teamwork (Field Sales, Product Management, …)
- Support order processing
- Participation in trade shows as required
What We’re Looking For
- Technical education or equivalent professional experience
- Background in technical sales, customer service, or application support
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical topics
- Independent, reliable, and well-organized working style
- Familiarity with CRM tools (experience with HubSpot is an advantage)Solid computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
