Digital Output CANbus/RS485 Interface Transmitters
PMC/STS offer both digital output pressure transmitters such as RS485 and combination analog/digital output versions. Pressure ranges are from 0-1 psi to 0-15,000 psi with inherent repeatability of less than 0.015% and total accuracy of better than 0.1% including linearity, hysteresis, repeatability and zero/span settings.
The DTM.OCS series pressure transmitters are polynomial compensated high performing pressure sensors which achieve total error bands up to 1.2%FS over a temperature range of -40 to 185°F. The DTM.OCS are based on the standard RS485 ModBus protocol and can be easily connected to the control panel. In addition to the standard ModBus commands, specific commands were developed to take advantage of the full capabilities of the DTM.OCS. For example the pressure units can be changed any time or an offset can be programmed onsite. In addition to measuring pressure this sensor also measures temperature.
The EPT1005 Sensor is an electronically compensated pressure transmitter providing CANbus outputs in several common protocols. Offering accuracies of ≤0.1% FS including linearity, hysteresis, repeatability, zero and span setting errors.
The EPS1005 Sensor is an electronically compensated pressure transmitter providing CANbus outputs in several common protocols. Available with pressure output only, or combination pressure and temperature.
The PTM/RS485 series is a fully digital programmable pressure transmitter providing the option of a 4-20mA analog output in addition to the standard RS485 MODBUS protocol. The transmitter offers the total accuracy of ≤ ± 0.15% FS including linearity, hysteresis, repeatability and thermal effects. The PTM also provides a precision temperature output thus offering a very high performance pressure/temperature sensor at a very affordable price.
The MCB Series is based on the standard ATM 1st series precision pressure transducers for which the full specifications are available on datasheet 10.00.0324.D-305. The specific MCB detail is based on the barometric range of 20 to 35"HG. Up to 10 individual ATM 1st transducers are housed within the aluminum enclosure and the output is provided via a 10 channel CAN BUS. PMC can provide multi channel systems based on any range of the ATM 1st transducers either same range or mixed. All MCB are custom to application.
The DTM/CAN Series 45 is a high precision pressure transmitter operating from a 8 - 32 VDC input and providing CANopen protocol in accordance with international specifications. This device is specifically designed for industrial users of the CANopen protocol and is particularly suitable for vehicles and testing applications where this interface is part of the existing process.
