The KA brand is established globally for its custom built high performance temperature transducers (sensors) specifically for motorsport applications. Measurements are from -20°F to 2000°F from NTC thermistor, PT1000, Thermocouples or Infra-Red technologies. Products include combination pressure and temperature transducers for applications where space and weight are at a premium. Applications include Fuel, Oil, Water, Brakes, Coolant, Air, Tires, Engine, Gearbox, Clutch, Exhaust and Dyno.
NTC2 Series sensors are designed to measure the temperature of all types of air and gas in demanding motorsport and automotive applications.
The NTC2F-Fast Response Series of high performance temperature sensors are designed to measure the temperatures of air and gas inlet on demanding motorsport and automotive testing applications. The sensing element is a sub miniature 10kΩ NTC thermistor, with a very fast response time which helps to improve engine performance.
NPT2 1/8” NPT Air Temperature sensor is designed to withstand the most demanding of environments. They are available in either a brass or stainless steel boby with an innovative heat insulating PEEK ISOTIP™. The high temperature non-metallic tip helps prevent heat soak from the surrounding material. Sensing elements can be either PT1000 or a range of NTCs. The KIR3 Series of miniature infra-red temperature sensors offers noncontact measurement of tires, carbon & steel brake rotors, clutch and engine temperatures. The KIR3 can be setup ready to use or we can supply user friendly software and programming lead for a customer to setup or re-range the sensor for a different application.

The KIR4 Series of Infra-red sensors offers a compact, rugged and reliable solution for non-contact temperature measurement and is often used to monitor tire performance.
The KIR4B Series of miniature infra-red temperature sensors offer a compact and reliable solution for non-contact measurements in motorsports and on-vehicle automotive applications.
Typically used for brake and clutch research study, the sensor can be used to measure most surfaces found in a vehicle. The sensing element offers a linear voltage output. A calibration data sheet is supplied with each sensor and can be installed into most common ECU's and data logging systems.
The KTC Series of thermocouples use high temperature 310 grade stainless steel or inconel to survive the harsh environment of a race car exhaust system.

The KMS Series of miniature condition monitoring sensors are designed to detect the presence of ferrous material in oil systems. In particular, the sensor can be used to monitor gearbox and transmission oil for signs of gear wear.
The sensor contains a powerful magnet which attracts ferrous material to the extended tip of the sensor, this is measured and presented as a 0.5 to 4.5V signal proportional to the quantity of material detected.
